How inquiry information is used
This page describes the current website inquiry workflow in plain language. It is not a promise about services that the site does not yet provide.
Information collected
The public inquiry form collects your name, reply email, message, and any company or timing context you choose to provide. The site also processes basic request metadata needed for security and abuse controls.
Why it is used
The information is used to review your situation, decide whether and how to respond, contact you about the inquiry, operate the consultant request queue, and protect the form from abuse. It may pass through the hosting, database, logging, and email-delivery providers used to operate the site.
If an inquiry is accepted for continued discussion, you may receive a private, expiring invitation that lets you authenticate with the inquiry email and attach the original message to your client dashboard. The raw invitation token is held temporarily in your browser while authentication completes and is not persisted server-side; the service stores a cryptographic digest and claim-status metadata.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Production pages use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to understand site traffic and measure advertising and inquiry-funnel activity. These services receive ordinary browser, device, and request information and may use cookies or similar identifiers, depending on your browser and Google's configuration.
The site's custom funnel events report actions such as a call-to-action click, form start, successful submission, or submission error. Those events do not include the inquiry form values: your name, email, company, timing, and message are not sent as custom analytics event data. Google's handling of information is described in its privacy policy.
Current retention
There is not currently a published automatic deletion schedule for public inquiries. A submitted inquiry may remain in the consultant request history until a documented retention policy and cleanup process are approved. Historical abandoned-form capture has been disabled; any cleanup of previously stored records requires a separately reviewed and approved data operation.
